La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Austin Oltorf

Ever since I came here to La Quinta every experience was amazing. I did not expect it. New management and staff are the best, very understanding, caring and polite. It’s a very welcoming place every time I come here. Now that I have been coming here, I will not be going anywhere else so Thank you Staff for everything you all have done. Keep up the great job.

Mrs Debra was very nice and sweet the breakfast was good I love how they had A security guard at this Location because I was traveling by myself and it made me feel safe nowadays it’s hard to find stuff that like their job. I love how from the Person who checked to the person who checks me out was so friendly

This may be a simple, no-frills La Quinta, but my room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a one-night stay. What stood out most was the hospitality. Eric at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and delivered top-notch customer service. Although I experienced no issues during my stay, I am confident Eric and the staff would have handled any concerns promptly and professionally.

was the perfect distance from the places we wanted to go to! but what really made me leave this review was for Mr. Preston the security! we couldnt get into our room with our baby and it was really cold outside, he immediately noticed and came to our aid! we were able to get in thanks to him and the next morning I saw him and he was so sweet and asked how my baby was. we need more people like Mr. Preston! He was the best!

This was a great hotel to stay in! The staff was was accommodating to all of our needs. The hotel is going through obvious renovation, but the new owners are really cleaning it up and updating everything. The thing that standed out the most was their genuine hospitality. I felt safe and welcomed into their establishment. May God bless this entire staff!

Shilpa and Debra made my stay amazing. Shilpa runs the hotel with such care, and it really shows. Debra was so welcoming and helpful from the moment I checked in. They both went above and beyond to make everything easy and comfortable. Truly spectacular service — thank you both!

Nice, comfortable rooms, convenient location, just what you’d want out of a hotel. The standout was the excellent service I received during my stay. Debra, Shilpa, and Eric are some of the kindest, most personable people I’ve had the pleasure to meet in my many hotel stays. Having spent several years working for a luxury hotel chain myself, I take service seriously, and I could see all three of these wonderful people excelling in those same positions. I really cannot overstate how helpful each of them were during my stay. When I next return to Austin I’ll be coming back here just so I can thank them again for their outstanding service.

Room was clean; very spacious. 1/2 the cost of what I paid at the last hotel. The attendant at the front desk and the security were very kind. Breakfast was good. I plan to stay, here, again.
